I am grateful to God Almighty and pleased that, under the guidance of God Almighty, alongside the officials, consultants, managers, and educated and hardworking employees of the large and well-known family of the Khorshid Group, who have more than three decades of specialized, professional, and executive experience, I can proudly and proudly inform you that this group has taken great steps in the economic field in line with its development plans.
Along this path, numerous goals and projects are underway that, relying on innovation, international cooperation, and planning for large investments, will play a fundamental role in the development of the construction industry and the economy of our beloved country of Iran.
Among the most important of these programs is the development of international financial connections, which will help us raise financial resources for development projects worth more than $1 billion by launching a finance consortium network and utilizing new platforms such as fintech and cloud funding.
This financial network will provide a suitable platform for joint investments and strategic partnerships, leading to the creation of countless opportunities in the construction industry.
Another goal of the group is to expand mega construction projects in target countries. Using EPCF (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance) contracts, these projects are recognized as major drivers of economic development and job creation in these regions.
In addition, creating the largest supply and distribution network for construction products at the national and international levels is one of our top priorities. This supply and distribution network will not only meet the construction needs of the region, but also facilitate access to construction products, tools and equipment at competitive prices and quality for customers by launching large LFR markets and chain stores with an area of 1 million square meters in target countries.
Developing bulk supply partnerships with over 5,000 leading manufacturers in the construction industry will allow us to reduce the total cost of projects and ensure the supply of quality goods at competitive prices.
We are also establishing regional branches and offices for the supply of building products in more than 50 cities in five target countries to ensure the best possible distribution of products and services and to make customer access to products faster and easier.
Creating an international real estate network for the sale and pre-sale of residential, commercial, and office units is another of our strategic projects, which is being planned and developed in more than 100 domestic and international locations.
In the technical and engineering sectors, we are expanding our technical and engineering consulting offices in the construction industry, which will help realize our long-term visions with the aim of improving the quality of projects and providing specialized services on a global scale.
It is also intended that by establishing advanced training centers and university branches in the construction industry, we will improve the level of knowledge and technical skills in target countries and provide a suitable environment for the exchange of science and technology.
Finally, developing construction projects with unique and innovative designs, such as luxurious and magnificent projects in Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Marina, and Al Marjan Island, is among our most important programs in this era, which will symbolize progress and innovation in the construction industry.
This set of programs, as part of a broader, long-term vision, will not only drive economic growth in target countries, but will also provide endless opportunities in the areas of job creation, innovation, and infrastructure development.
